A lot has changed on site at The Avenue Maroochydore during October. The blue scaffolding wrap has now been added as construction progresses on the upper levels.

The team at Woollam Constructions has completed the pour for the 2nd storey. They are now working on the form work, block work and concrete pours for the 3rd storey.

The internal fit out has also begun in the basement and ground floor. Framing, wiring and window installation are now underway.
