It’s been a very exciting month on site at The Avenue Maroochydore!

We’ve added some height to the building with the slab pours now complete for the final two storeys and the branded scaffolding wrap has been installed.

Internally, the framing, wiring and plumbing are continuing on the lower storeys.

I’m also very excited to announce that our much-anticipated display apartment (Apartment 1 on the ground floor) is progressing well and is expected to be open for inspection soon. We will be organising a VIP tour of the display apartment in the coming month.

Our next big construction milestone is the completion of the roof, and I’m happy to report that the roof trusses were delivered to the site earlier this week and installation has begun. We’re currently expecting the roof sheeting to be completed in time for the Christmas break.
