With the first quarter of 2019 now in our rearview mirror, we are very happy to announce that The Avenue Maroochydore is on schedule to open its doors mid-2019!

Over the past month, Woollam Constructions completed the interiors of level 1 apartments and began working on the interiors of level 2 and 3 apartments.

The interior fit out of the community facilities commenced, with flooring and joinery underway.

Outside, the courtyard has begun to take shape and the slab was prepared for tiling. Landscaping commenced and all scaffolding has now been removed.

Here’s a summary of our progress as of the end of March:

• Basement car park – completed
• Community facilities – flooring and joinery being installed
• Courtyard – concrete pours completed and tiling underway
• Ground floor apartments – completed and commissioning underway
• Level 1 apartments – completed and commissioning underway
• Level 2 apartments – carpet floor coverings being installed
  
• Level 3 apartments – final fixture of sanitaryware and tapware
• Landscaping – soil preparation underway and planters being installed in preparation for soft landscaping to commence
• Level 1 apartment gardens – tiling and soft landscaping underway
• External works – new footpath installed
