We’re in Week 19 of construction and we’re excited to announce that the crane is now fully established and the basement is nearing completion!

Here’s a summary of the progress so far:

• Basement floor slab is complete
• Basement blockwork is now 90%
• Basement backfill to conclude next week
• Ground floor formwork has commenced
• First ground floor slab preparation is underway
