After a two week break over the Christmas/New Year period, the team at Woollam Constructions is back on site and construction has recommenced at The Avenue Maroochydore.

We’re very happy to announce that the roof was completed just before the Christmas break and we opened our much-anticipated display apartment.

Now that the roof is on, the team is rendering and painting the outside of the building and the scaffolding has started to come down as sections are finished! 

Internal works are also continuing with cabinetry installed in level 1 and 2 apartments. Level 3 wall sheeting is now 90% complete and waterproofing is underway, whilst the wall framing on level 4 is now complete.
