Back on the ground floor, the community facilities and areas are coming to life. With sheeting and painting finalised, the facilities are now 50% complete and the interior fit out is soon to commence.

However, the most noticeable changes have been to the exterior of the building. As I mentioned last month, the scaffolding is coming down as sections of rendering and painting are finished. 75% of the exterior has been revealed, with the scaffolding along the Baden Powell Street and Anzac Avenue faces of the building almost removed.
